Job Description

Job Responsibilities (ទំនូលខុសត្រូវការងារ):

  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Maintain store staff by orienting and training employees
  • Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
  • Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
  • Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
  • Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
  • Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windows
  • Ensure standards for quality and customer service are met
  • Respond to customer complaints and comments
  • Organize special promotions, displays and events

Education and Requirments (កម្រិតវប្បធម៏ និងតម្រូវការ):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Working knowledge of business management principles and processes
  • Working knowledge of forecasting, budgeting and pricing
  • Working knowledge of customer service principles and customer relationship management
  • Current and in-depth market and product knowledge
  • Experience in performance management and development of staff
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating staff
  • Experience in inventory control
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer applications
