Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct to supervised the establishment of automated information processes to improve customer service, timely supplies re-ordering, and financial accountability.
  • Introduced periodical performance/coaching sessions with staff to motivate positive behavior resulting in excellent customer service/guest relations.
  • Communicate with owner/operator of daily events and strategy for increased business and customer service issues/complaints.
  • Handle all record keeping, conduct promotional campaigns; maintain stock inventories and payroll management
  • Promoted spa amenities and educated guests on available salon spa services and informed of specific restrictions or requirements.
  • Plan and execute outside promotional events, ultimately increasing spa services
  • Coordinate front desk sales associate training with an emphasis on proper schedule management and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinated computerized appointment calendars for staff Maintained forms and office supplies required for front desk activities.
  • Created, documented and maintained front desk protocol for the consultants including opening duties, closing duties, general administrative duties.
  • Managed day to day operations of the spa, including preparation of staffing schedules and supervision of front desk receptionist staff.
  • Managed daily operations of the Spa including administrative responsibilities and closing the club.
  • Supervised and motivated Staffs to ensure smooth running daily operations.
  • Ensured efficient and profitable daily operations and making changes accordingly.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hostility Management or Business Administration
  • Have 2years experience or experience with spa is a plus
  • Good both in Kh/Eng, Prefer other language such as Chinese & Thai is a plus
  • Familiar with Ms. Office, internet & email
  • Able to adapt in challenging, pressuring & fast-paced environment
  • Have good planning, organizing skills and leadership
  • Have strong drive & ambitious with self-motivation
