Job Description

  • Greet and escort customers to their table
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
  • Inform customers about the day’s specials
  • Offer menu recommendation upon request
  • Up-sell additional products when appropriate
  • Communicate order details to kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drink orders and bring them to correct table
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments
  • Follow all relevant health department regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Flexible with the needs of customers

Job Requirements

  • Friendly and able to get feedback and complained.
  • Good English speaking
  • Flexibility and great team spirit
  • Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress
  • Hands-on experience with cash registers and ordering information system
  • Basic math skills
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
