** Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales team to achieve sales target
  • Design route and territory to Sales Executive by channel
  • Create, develop, implement, and execute sales strategy, trade marketing, sales​​ distribution channel in order to grow sales volume, profitable, long term business grow, achieve the company objectives and goals
  • Recruiting, training, coaching, objective setting, performance monitoring of Sales team
  • B2B & B2C strategy and program with product portfolios, releasing a new product, and looking for ways to aggressively improve performance and grow the business.
  • Create brand awareness and product available such as new product launch, product campaign, internal and external launching, digital, media, and event
  • Drive growth of sales distribution channel including team activation, product tasting, roadshow, Route To Market (RTM), trade program, trade and consumer promotion, merchandising, and business partner program
  • Identify the prospective area / territory, fast and slow moving product by brand and SKU
  • Create and develop of marketing plan and marketing activities as agreed and aligned the monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget with marketing activities and working plans
  • Conduct, maintain, and evaluate comprehensive market research data to identify selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs
  • Lead and support in the strategic development, implementation, execution, optimization of digital marketing campaign such as online, and offline program, activity,
  • media planning, facebook page promoting
  • Generate competitor activities to compare and improve the company business and improve sales
  • Analyze business and sales trend, and results
  • Collaborate with internal team members and across team to work smooth & achieve better results
  • Other tasks as assigned by General Manager

Job Requirements

** Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, management
  • Heave experience at least 3‐5years in sales and field, especially frim FMCG
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize responsibilities in order to meet deadline
  • Fluency in English both writing and speaking
  • Computer (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
