** Duties and responsibilities

  • Territory managing and covering
  • Order negation
  • New outlet opening
  • Existing outlet managing and handling
  • Customer development and improvement
  • Follow route management, call plan visit, route card
  • Keep abreast of best practices, promotional activities and trends
  • Present, promote, and sell product to existing customers and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship
  • Generate and update daily sales report, customer needs, interests, issues, competitor activities, and potential for new product or service
  • Allocate POSM to market place by channel, implement and execution to increase the brand visibility and product availability

Job Requirements

** Qualification and requirement

  • Experience in sales or marketing at least one or three years, especially in FMCG
  • Good in English
  • Knowledge of MS office (Word & Excel)
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Ability to create, develop, deliver presentation and result
  • High commitment and work under pressure
  • Self‐confident and motivated
  • Ability to grow, adapt in a competitive environment
