Graduated BBA or MBA degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
More than 5-year experience in Management Role in Marketing and Sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including project, Word Excel Outlook,
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Independent judgment and decision-making ability
Excellent communication skill, negotiation skill, and leadership skill
Action-oriented and results-driven
Extensive knowledge of Sales Planning, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services
Possess strong problem solving, interpersonal, and Competitive analytical skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Setting and Monitoring Sales Team. The primary responsibility of a Sales and Marketing Manager is to propose strategic plans and implementing those plans to meet the sales goal. The manager shall oversee the team’s progress in cold calling, find new prospective customers, and follow up with existing leads to meet the sales goal. The manager supports this progress by providing strategies, feedback, and marketing campaigns. Making sales through warm leads but also leverage connections with loan officers, and other professionals within their personal network necessary. Sales and Marketing Manager also plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
