Grow portfolio of emerging-affluent and affluent individual clients and non-individual clients through building strong relationships with prospects and networking
Identify potential customers and bring in new deposit base and customers for the segment
Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers
Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the bank’s standards and industry regulations
Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution
Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking
Perform other tasks assigned by line supervisor
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Finance and Banking or other related fields
At least 2 years of experience in banking services, and contact center are preferred
Personable and service-oriented
Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills with high network individuals and companies
Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage
Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred
