Job Description

  • Grow portfolio of emerging-affluent and affluent individual clients and non-individual clients through building strong relationships with prospects and networking
  • Identify potential customers and bring in new deposit base and customers for the segment
  • Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers
  • Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the bank’s standards and industry regulations
  • Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution
  • Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking
  • Perform other tasks assigned by line supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Finance and Banking or other related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in banking services, and contact center are preferred
  • Personable and service-oriented
  • Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills with high network individuals and companies
  • Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage
  • Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred
