This role is responsible for executing sales plans and developing a high performance sales team to achieve business goals & objectives through a sales team (Life Planners).
• Work closely with Sales Director to achieve the overall key result areas
• Support partner and manage Life Planners
• Supervise, motivate and lead Life Planners in achieving sales target
• Coach and mentor Life Planners
• Bachelor Degree or high school certificate
• Experience in life insurance industry or financial industry
• At least 3-5 year experience in a supervisory position in sales; filed sales would be an added advantage
• Experience in leading a successful sales team
• Experience in selling insurance products would be an added advantage
• Demonstrate strong leadership capability and a can-do attitude
• Dynamic, independent and integrity
• Enjoy working in challenging sales environment
• Strong communication skill and reasonable command of English language
• Enjoy working with hi-tech gadgets
