Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Competing for the same candidates so being charismatic and fostering a good relationship with these potential employees is very important.
  • collecting and filing paperwork, ordering background checks, salary negotiations and providing new employee orientation assistance.
  • Maintaining a database of potential candidates. 
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges. 
  • Other tasks are assigned by line-manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in human resource, management, and relevant skill 
  • At least 1-year experiences in recruitment & Human Resources
  • Have techniques to be good at reading people
  • Interpersonal skills that enable to work with people at all levels of an organization motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary.
  • Understanding of English language, & computer literacy (Ms. Office)
  • Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems
  • Proficient with social media platforms & Ability to travel outside and provinces 
  • Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills and a passion for continuing learning and development
