Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, screen for vacant positions and training
  • Develop/Update HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct and process staff payroll
  • Manage personnel files of all staff
  • Update internal rules and regulations of the company
  • Coordinate Administration tasks
  • Have experience compliance with MoLVT
  • Other tasks assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Law, Public Administration, or another related field;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the logistics industry (air freight or sea freight or road freight or express etc.)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with peers, managers, and clients;
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence people such as stakeholders, tenants, and employees;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.

** Benefits

  • Salary: 500$ 1000$ or negotiate
  • Working time: 8:00am to 17:30pm (lunch break 1.5hours)
  • Working day from Monday to Friday
  • 18 days of annual leave
  • NSSF & Medical insurance & Accident insurance
  • Seniority pay
  • Holidays followed with the Ministry of labor and vocational training, Cambodia.

***Note: Must have experience in the logistics industry (air freight or sea freight or road freight)

Must can speak professional Chinese and basic English
