Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement
• Ensure purchase request process is completed and executed in compliance to policies
• Compile monthly report on prices comparison for major categories of purchases with market
• Ensure that FIFO of stock management is implemented effectively and efficiently 
• Lead subordinates to ensure that there is no error or any mistakes in keying data inter peachtree system or excel
• Always on the look-out for new supplies and best possible price and quality 
• Obtain with Management division, key performance indicator for team and depts 
• Ensure documents and stored in a systematic order in archives 
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as management hall

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree of any fields is required 
• At least 2-3 yeas experiences with purchasing or procurement work related 
• Good communication in English, Fairly good in Chinese, Fluently in Khmer and both of Speaking & listening 
• Achievement, Honesty, Punctuality, time management, trust, absolution, commitment etc., 
• Driven results, self-motivation, high patience and be able to work with tight dead-line.  
• Find solution than Negative, positive work attitude, working member/team spirit and no cheat or fraud.
