Make proactive contact with existing and potential client.
Leverage a consultative selling approach with decision makers. Identify customer needs and recommend product that meet customer needs.
Continually improve selling skills. Listen to and incorporate coaching feedback and new techniques learned in sales training sessions, and becomes a product expert. Understand features, benefits and product changes, and keep current with industry and competitor information.
Build sales pipeline & handle incoming calls and e-mail
Support the team & Share customer feedback to the team
Other tasks are assigned by line-manager
Bachelor degree in business administrative or related fields
2-year experience in project management & uPVC window/door (is Preferable)
Proven track record of positive sales performance
Be able to hit sales goals by monitoring progress
Sound of selling, negotiation, problem solving
Understanding of English language, & computer literacy (Ms. Office)
Excellent morality & professionalism
Very good in interpersonal relationship
High patients and strong commitment
Curiosity, result-oriented, and team player
