Customer Services Representative
(Salary rang $230-$270/month)
Location: Warehouse Office

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Call to the customers
  • Receive the complaint from customer and pass to the concerned person to solve.
  • Feedback customer complaint.
  • Prepare the daily report for Country Manager and Operation Manager
  • Manage and supervise the Customer Service
  • Other task assigned by Operations Manager.

This JD covers the main tasks and conveys the spirit of the sort of tasks that are anticipated proactively from employees. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to company needs.

Required Qualification

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in management.
  • 1-2 years work experience in customer services and administration management.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
