Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible all of Branch and conceptualization, business planning.,
- Selling developing, initiates marketing research.,
- Lead in shop the preparation of business plans, budgets, HR functional, implementation by field operations flow.,
- Sale and marketing adjustment, junior business development conducts
- Manage of marketing programs and based on company’s strategy.,
- Staff manager, monitoring and evaluation platforms, cash flows, customers/clients feedback and suggestions solutions solving., –
- HR Recruiting, hiring, selection and making decision procedure.,
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male or Female (Local Nationality preferable).,
- Bachelor degree sales, maketing, economic, hospitality, F&B or similar criteria
- 2 years of experience ($400 per month).,
- 3-4 years of experience ($500-$700 or more ).,
- Both of Khmer and English knowledge are in Speaking & Writing.,
- Leadership skills and ability to self-motivate, Honesty, punctuality, time management, good judge, good involving, loyalty, willing and commitment.,
- Strongly, ability to travelling around phnom penh or any provinces
- Computer in use: MS, Powerpoint, Excel, any design, internet and email.,
- Affordable Representative, business relative concept etc.,
