• You will help develop the App’s growth strategy, execution and optimization of all marketing initiatives in Cambodia through strong analytical skills and properly managed timelines with the focus of maximizing speed and effectiveness of user acquisition
• Hiring the local team to execute exponential country growth (Public Relations, community management, communication, marketing)
• Ability to achieve maximum outreach in short time frames with small to large size budgets
• Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations
• You will closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.)
• You will manage a budget, allocate a proper spending across all channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI
• You will build an events calendar covering events launched by partners and collaboration/sponsorship opportunities
• Develop and proficient at managing advertising campaigns via Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads. • You will be taking the lead in creating company conferences and major events.
• Communicating the marketing plan to various types of stakeholders (Partners and Associates)
• You will design and develop user activation and engagement campaigns (including influencer, ambassador and affiliate programs) and Direct, plan and coordinate all marketing efforts.
• You own and manage the brand’s social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
• Helping team negotiate key partnerships and other vendors locally, as necessary
• Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration or another subject relevant to the work
• Clear understanding of Brand Awareness, Customer Adoption and Implementation Strategies for Growth Stage companies.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
• Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
• Experienced in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• High level of design skills
• High level of understanding of public relations.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Highly proficient in English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital media required
