  • New Agent Administration
  • Set Commission and Payroll timetable
  • Pay to Agent according to Company Approved ‘Agency Compensation’ accurately on time
  • Agency Maintenance upon authorized request
  • Provide MIS reports
  • Agent Appeal/ Complaint/ Enquiry Handling
  • Agent Training
  • Maintain Quality of the Procedures Documents
  • Perform system testing on enhancements
  • Ensure quality agent filing system

Job Requirements

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferred
  • Proven track record in payroll administration is preferred
  • Diplomas/Certification in Accountancy would be an asset
  • Strong analytical, inter-personal, and communication (verbal and written)
  • Details oriented, focused, results driven, professional maturity, teamwork and self-confidence
  • Must be self-driven and highly motivated
  • Personable, with good interpersonal and communication skills
