Job Description

Leasing & Customer service Executive – to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones, and achieve high occupancy rates.



  • Report to Asset Management Manager, this role’s responsibilities include:
  • Present properties and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
  • Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market
  • Advertise available properties using a variety of promoting ways
  • Confirm rental application data and personal references
  • Billing/receiving of rental and utilities fee
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deal
  • Keep records of clients and visitors to the building
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Coordinate the visitors and supplier in and out of the buildings
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experiences as a leasing agent
  • Working knowledge of leasing practice
  • MS. Office familiarity
  • Excellence communication and negotiation skills
  • Persuasive with sales & marketing and customer service skills
  • Able to work on weekends (Days off will be arranged during weekdays)
  • Chinese Speaking is preferred
  • Honest, Gentle and Good physical ability
  • Location: BKK1

Working Hours (3 Shifts)

Shift 1: 8am to 5pm

Shift 2: 9am to 6pm

Shift 3: 12pm to 9pm
