Job Responsibilities (ទំនូលខុសត្រូវការងារ):

The MUSEFO project is implemented in the provinces of Kampot and Kampong Thom between 03/2015 and 03/2023. A multisectoral approach which combines interventions in the areas of health and agriculture is implemented in four fields of activity:

  • The provision of input and knowledge on healthy diets for pregnant and lactating women and children under 2 years to generate a positive impact on attitudes and practices of households towards balanced diets;
  • Integrating and improving the quality of nutritional services in the health sector;
  • Diversifying food production and raising awareness among the population of food and nutrition and basic hygiene; and
  • The strengthening of capacities for multisectoral coordination at national and subnational levels.

Questions will be answered if they are received at the latest 5 working days before the closing of the tender. Questions have to be raised in writing by email only to email address provided in the contact details.

Non-compliance may result in your bid not being considered.

The bids received shall be evaluated by the GIZ with regard to their technical content (70%) and to their commercial aspects (30%) whereupon the bidders shall be ranked. Contractual negotiations are generally commenced with the first bidder on the list. Should these negotiations not be successful, the second bidder on the list shall be invited to commence negotiations.

The work is scheduled to commence on 27.10.2020. Thus, the contract should be awarded by not later than 26.10.2020. Your bid is binding until that date. Unsuccessful candidates shall not be informed and shall not receive a separate notice to this effect.

NB: NGOs who wish to join this tender must have valid business certificate (Patent) showing that they can provide commercial services to the public.
