The bids received shall be evaluated by the GIZ with regard to their technical content (70%) and to their commercial aspects (30%) whereupon the bidders shall be ranked. Contractual negotiations are generally commenced with the first bidder on the list. Should these negotiations not be successful, the second bidder on the list shall be invited to commence negotiations.
The work is scheduled to commence on 27.10.2020. Thus, the contract should be awarded by not later than 26.10.2020. Your bid is binding until that date. Unsuccessful candidates shall not be informed and shall not receive a separate notice to this effect.
NB: NGOs who wish to join this tender must have valid business certificate (Patent) showing that they can provide commercial services to the public.
