– Do site inspection/ site measurements at the client’s house
– Do the installation at the client’s House
– Give clients’ advice for the electronic points /water outlet & inlet for connecting appliances
– Work service request as assigned by direct supervisor
– Do the delivery by motor if needed ( if small loading)
– Provide support, assistance, and advice to customers on given product and services
– Maintain good behaviors with customers in all forms (respectful, friendly, patient,)
– Provide an excellent example of customer service to the customers ( make sure the client is appreciated the workmanship )
– Supervise services tools and other accessories to be used.
– Help to buy the accessories if they are nearly out of stock
– Make sure the tools and accessories are ready & enough to support the assigned tasks
– Focus on making every hour profitable for the company
– Self-study to improve products knowledge
– Self -study to improve technical knowledge
