Responsibilities
• Set objectives and roadmap for the HR and track progress
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
• Ensure staff are motivated and follow systematic action-plan
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
• Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
• Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
• Organize learning and development programs
• Develop employee assessment policy and procedure
• Assess employee on regular interval
• Training and staffing
• Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
• Develop performance appraisal policy and procedure
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
• Develop compensation and benefits plans that align with company objective
• Get accustomed to digital working habit and suggest tools that help with HR work Manage office administration works or tasks assigned by top management
Requirements
• Passion for work and for the company
• Proven work experience as a senior or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software is a plus
• Solid understanding of labor legislation
• Budgeting and resource allocation skills
• Tactical and professional in dealing with unfavorable situation
• Excellent communication abilities
• Leadership skills and friendly personality
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
• BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology
• MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
