Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Controlling the activities and actions of the HR department;
Develop and implement strategies, goals, and policies for the HR/Admin department ensuring they support the overall company;
The process of workforce planning and recruitment various department Managers to ensure the right resources;
The onboarding and orientation of new employees ensuring with hiring, recruiting has the necessary information to provide the best introduction for all new employees;
The coordination the performance development process and develop supportive procedures for the provision of relevant and useful feedback between owner and employees;
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures;
Manage all requirements for the company;
Perform other administrative tasks such as Payroll, staff attendance, staff disciplinary action, staff appraisal,Staff movement, staff safety and fine out staff problems;
Purchase and Maintain office supplies and equipment and control stock for company;
Make contract, agreement and other necessary document;
Make monthly expense budget and record all expense with accountant to owner
