Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executives
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Self-motivated and trustworthy

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
In charge of the recruiting process: headhunting, participating in interviews, onboarding, and training employees
Develop a recruiting process: testing, and interviewing programs, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommend changes;
Develop and conduct orientation and training programs for old and new recruits to ensure a smooth onboarding
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal systems for employees;
Manage and keep track of all the relevant records of employees
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements: staff movement, NSSF, quotas, work permits, working visa, or anything related to the Ministry of labor
Keep track of employee’s time recording and produce the payroll accordingly
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
