RESPONSIBILITIES:
– HR/Administration, recruitment, contraction, performance – Assist in succession plan and annual manpower budget plan- Preparation of quality evaluation forms, letter head, checking list- Assist in recruiting, hiring, screening processing platform – Department liaison person between the operation and its internal and external regulators rules – Ensure yearly planning by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs stage- Assist appraisal, employee & worker results – Ensure a full understanding of inquiries and requests, transcribe complete requests- Responsible for the site office maintenance i.e. Internet, Printer, Finger Print maintenance service, drinking water for office and workers etc.- Assistant of HR Manager/Director of manufacturing and ensure compliance with corporate policy – Videos conference to oversea, assist documentation, interpreter from Khmer to English and English to Khmer both languages facilities- Task from HR Management, Director or Manufacturing manager
REQUIREMENTS:
– BBA of Management or Related- Male & Female – At least 2-3 years experiences of HR/Admin or working with Ministry department- At least 2 years experiences from Manufacturing, work-men & women management skilled – Honesty, willing, commitment, Honesty, punctuality, Management fields – Prepare daily attendant every day, monthly, staff policy, NFFS, Safety – Responding on new recruitment, selection, screening, resign- Issue medical check up for oversea and process work permit oversea- Claim money for process to ministry and directly to GOV- Prepare document of maternity leave staff & worker- Prepared list of daily pay, 13th, benefit, annual leave for staff & worker- Deal with all staff/workers/supervisor- check workers file and make sure all info correctly- Report info to HR Managers, Variousdepartment involved – Find solutions, problem solving for staff/workers- Update leave application into system- Prepare monthly baby care, working for fiance etc.,* Working Location: KienSvay District, Kandal Province* Salary Negotiation * All official task confirm by Cambodia Legal
