Job Description

HR Tasks:

  • Develop and Maintain Personnel Files,
  • Control Staff Leave and Attendance,
  • Develop Job Descriptions and assist in communicate the Job Description,
  • Develop questionnaires and conduct staff training need,
  • Monitor staff appraisal schedule and notify manager for taking action accordingly.
  • Assist in recruitment preparation,
  • Liaison with government authority as needed. Admin Tasks:
  • Develop and Maintain Files of Letter Flow in and Flow out,
  • Tracking and coding the letter issuance,
  • Control Company Fixed Assets,
  • Supervisor Cleaners and Security Guards to ensure the officer cleanliness and safe
  • Control and monitor office supply and stock.
  • Manage all maintenance services

Job Requirements

  • University Degree (prefer Human Resource Management or Business Law )
  • 5 professional experiences in HR fields
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary
  • customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Good English, and Chinese is plus…etc.
