Develop Job Descriptions and assist in communicate the Job Description,
Develop questionnaires and conduct staff training need,
Monitor staff appraisal schedule and notify manager for taking action accordingly.
Assist in recruitment preparation,
Liaison with government authority as needed. Admin Tasks:
Develop and Maintain Files of Letter Flow in and Flow out,
Tracking and coding the letter issuance,
Control Company Fixed Assets,
Supervisor Cleaners and Security Guards to ensure the officer cleanliness and safe
Control and monitor office supply and stock.
Manage all maintenance services
Job Requirements
University Degree (prefer Human Resource Management or Business Law )
5 professional experiences in HR fields
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary
customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Good English, and Chinese is plus…etc.
