Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing Human Resources management strategies, HR policies and procedures in line with the business needs
  • Developing Leading the organization of HR Services including Recruitment, Employment processing, Learning Development, Career Development, HR Management system, Compensation Benefits…
  • Liaising directly with the Management and being accountable for the performance of HR functions across Departments
  • Participating in determining the Recruitment strategy. Ensuring recruitment of quality staff in accordance with the required recruitment plan.
  • Developing and implementing performance management policies and procedures
  • Developing and implementing staff compensation policies to retain and attract key skills and enhance employee commitment
  • Developing and implementing employee relations policy and guideline to be consistent with relevant labor legislation and business needs
  • Other tasks will be assign by line management

Required competencies:

  • Master degree in HR Management, General Management or any related majors
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a HR function
  • Strong understanding and knowledge about Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Knowledge about HR Management system.
  • Strong skills in leadership, relationship and problem solving
  • Coordination skills and ability to work in a team environment are essential
  • Have excellent English & Khmer written and verbal communication skills
