Responsible for Managing Financial, Daily Cash Fund, banking transaction and assure timely settlement of all the transactions
Coordinating with ZFD program administrative staff in Financial Issues related to with ZFD finance management
Responsible for preparing, monitoring, follow up and produces the annual budget report of ZFD & ZFD-SAUP and submits to program coordinator
Monitoring the booking of the expenses in journal regularly and budget utilization of ZFD Projects and prepare financial report monthly
Responsible for logistic training support, updating the accounting guidelines, managing of accounting and financial reporting for national and sub-national Local Subsidy Agreement recipients, including discussing drafts with recipients and GIZ country office (in all partner countries) to ensure that the guidelines are in compliance with GIZ ZFD rules and regulations
Requesting claims for ZFD and other collaborators in time and do necessary follow-up for the reimbursement of project fund
Ensuring the quality control according to ZFD procedures and the VAT refund in coordination with finance section of GIZ Country Office
Checking the bills, vouchers and all the other supporting documents submitted, prepare covering voucher sheet and forward it to GIZ Office for booking
Checking the claims of consultants or NGOs verify with the contracts or MoUs and make recommendation for the payment with the support of project team
Coordinating procurement process, office management and maintaining a filling system for the office
Education and Requirments (កម្រិតវប្បធម៏ និងតម្រូវការ):
Bachelor’s Degree in administration/ Accounting or Certificate/diploma or comparable qualification form a certified institution (administration, accounting)
At least 5 years professional experience in a comparable position
Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is required
Good working knowledge of accounting software and ITC technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office)
Good management and organizational skills
