Oversee all daily operations of the plan from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to follow our customers’ expectations.
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.
Responsible to produce eyeglasses to export on-time to the designated markets/customers
Responsible to manage people/resources to produce eyeglasses effectively
Responsible for following-up on imports of materials from China, needed for production
Responsible to translate from Khmer/English to Chinese Language and vice-versa when
needed.

Job Requirements:
Male or Female
At least of Bachelor degree of related skills/field
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources); familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise; be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes; computer literacy; ability to create accountability and to lead by example
Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
Proven managerial experience for several years
Good communication, friendly and welcoming person
Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP and others
Good English and Chinese, written and verbal
Cambodian (Khmer), verbal desired but not essential

Base Salary: Negotiable
