• Updates the log book of vehicle use on daily basis for proper recording of mileage
• Collection and delivery of official materials from Officer to partners
• Transportation services for all staff as may be required
• Checks safety of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness on daily basis
• Reports periodic servicing needs of the vehicle in advance to ensure its proper handling
• Ensures that the vehicle is clean all the time and report to line manager for condition of vehicle
• Ensures safe keeping of vehicle accessories as Jack, first aid kit, etc
• Other task assigned by line manager
· The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
· Experience working to and exceeding targets
· English and Khmer is mandatory, Chinese is plus.
