Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist to help a large number of incoming calls and emails
  • Handle to managing customers’ accounts
  • Control to keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken from time to time.
  • Assist to generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in Public Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or relevant required.
  • At least 1-year experience in Customer Service function or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency Chinese a must (Fluent speaking, writing reading).
  • Being friendly, convincing, patient, flexible, disciplinary, well behaved and smartly dressed and possessing good interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of computer (Internet, Email, Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Self-motivated/ patient and commits to company’s mission, vision and core values.
