Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

** Working Hour

  • Monday – Saturday, 6 Days per week.
  • Time: 8am-5pm/ 4pm-12am/ 12am-8am
  • Phnom Penh or Bavet , Cambodia

** SALARY

  • Salary Phnom Penh 200 – 400$
  • Salary Bavet 750$
  • Salary vary depend on experience and shift working

** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved.
  • Respond quickly and promptly with good grammar, punctuation and attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned on TO-DO-LIST directed by Direct Supervisor
  • Follow Assigned Work Schedule and always be punctual.
  • Attend weekly Mandatory meeting as required by Management.
  • This position is required to work on holidays and weekend, as per preset-schedule.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Knowledge of using Smart Phone iOS & Android.
  • Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email);
  • Strong team work and friendly
  • Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure.
  • Good Khmer or Thai or Vietnam reading and writing, have some English reading and writing,
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hard-working, smart, flexible, honest and fast learner.

** Note:

  • Students or fresh graduates are encouraged;
  • Non-experience applicants are also encouraged;
  • Speak Basic Vietnam, Thai and Chinese is a plus
