Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Skilled in handling shipping operations: contacting customers, quoting prices, checking and delivering documents, handling bills, collecting receivables and payables, tracking goods, etc.
  • Collate and archive documents;
  • Deal with all kinds of emergencies and give timely report to superiors;
  • Complete other related work assigned by the superior;
  • Operation contact window to customer

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in office software;
  • Good command of Chinese and English, proficient in using English to communicate emails;
  • Experience in logistics and transportation is preferred; be familiar to handle both of FCL and LCL shipments;
  • Good teamwork spirit;
  • Serious and responsible at work, quick thinking, good customer service awareness, strong communication, coordination and expression skills, adaptability, anti-pressure ability, and ability to deal with emergencies;
  • College degree or above, major in international trade, logistics, foreign trade is preferred;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work.
  • Can Speak Chinese.
