Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet sales goals – consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales.
  • To improve sales performance for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation and build up relations with customers 
  • Leverage a consultative selling approach with decision makers. Identify customer needs and recommend product that meet customer needs.
  • To step into answer customer questions and issues when required 
  • Find new customers and maintain existing customer 
  • Follow up and monitor the sales activities and implement strategy set by company
  • Provide training, sale solution and offer solution and strategies to salesmen
  • Survey the market situation and offer strategies options 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report related to sales activities 
  • Participate in sale promotion activities 
  • Other tasks are assigned by line-manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in business administrative or related fields 
  • 3-year experience in project management & uPVC window/door (is Preferable)
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance
  • Be able to hit sales goals by monitoring progress
  • Sound of selling, negotiation, problem solving 
  • Understanding of English language, & computer literacy (Ms. Office)
  • Excellent morality & professionalism
  • Very good in interpersonal relationship
  • High patients and strong commitment 
  • Curiosity, result-oriented, and team player
