Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles customer enquiries and complaints
  • Informs and educates customers about Cellcard offers
  • Promotes and sells Cellcard products
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • University or fresh graduate students
  • Experienced in Call Center, Sales or Marketing is a plus
  • Chinese and English proficiency
  • Computer literacy
