Ensure timely implementation of project activities according to work plans developed with project manager.
Facilitate and coordinate with local authorities, local child-related committees to implement the maternal child health nutrition related activities in targeted villages and communes;
Consult, coordinate, and collaborate with Provincial Health Department with support from Plan International partner, Operation District and Health Centres for project implementation including capacity building, health promotion and behaviour change communication, mass screening, and capacity building to VHSG.
Work with project field team to coordinate, consult, the project activities as planned to promote behaviour change on maternal infant and young child nutrition at the targeted community level.
Facilitate tracking data of project beneficiaries with field team for planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Work with Project Manager and relevant staff to develop project report.
Coordinate with Project Manager and Plan International partner to conduct annual outcome monitoring Facilitate project documentation such as case study, case story, monitoring, lesson learned and good practices.
Coordinate and support other field project team for relevant activities including home gardening, livelihood, and WASH with targeted beneficiaries.
Support OD, Health Center, CCWC, VHSGs and stakeholders to organize training on related to projects and seek feedback from relevance staff as needed.
Submit Activity Note of any event, weekly, monthly to Project Manager. Assist the project manager to identify the gaps in M&E aspect and reporting as needed.
Participate and coordinate any network activity to support project implementation with public health services and local authorities.
Education and Requirments (កម្រិតវប្បធម៏ និងតម្រូវការ):
Graduate of bachelor’s health or nurse or a related health field equivalence
An understanding of nutrition needs of pregnant women and children and capacity to generate dialogue among a diverse range of groups.
Minimum two years of experience with field work of maternal infant and young child health and nutrition including training experience
Experienced with project implementation monitoring and evaluation, Experienced project management experience, communication, and team work
Proven ability in the community mobilize, development and transfer knowledge to community people especially indigenous people.Must be willing to live in area of project intervention.
Fluency in local languages and English is preferred
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Internet and Email).
