  • 75% Forecast accuracy based on S&OP Report
  • Spent within the Cost/hls budget for Region BP/Viz/Amenities & RTS Budget
  • To ensure the implementation of Execution plans for FIT and PicOS for the Sales Force
  • Analysis SFA Dashboard Reports
  • Responsible for management of sales support team and function team to ensure smooth operation to support requirements of DSM/RSM.
  • BP Management & Coordination
  • Regional Cold Drink Technical Team Management & Coordination.
  • Coordinate Regional Tactical Promotion, Event and Function activation within given operating budget to ensure efficient usage of resources.
  • Prepare monthly Regional trade promotional plan in designated channels with evaluation of its effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Four (4) years in an FMCG environment with two (2) years managerial experience. Highly computer literate
  • Expert in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Research oriented and creative

  • Communication, persuasive and good interpersonal skills

  • Willing to work under pressure and long hours with minimum supervision
