Accomplishing the team quarterly and yearly target set by management
Establishing marketing strategies in lending process, product, and service
Coaching team members on lending product, process, and service providing to clients
Reporting team activities and outcomes to management
Surveying on market competence
Ensuring loan application is compliance with policy and regulation
Analyzing and structuring loan application
Maintaining good relationship with existing clients and exploring new potential clients
Maintain and follow up team members’ daily activities, interview applicants and site visit properties to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
Maintaining good relation with clients
Ensuring policy and guideline compliance
Negotiating and decision making over setting conditions
Perpetuate monitoring on loan outstanding quality and collective action plan on non-performing loan

Knowledgeable in banking and business industries
Being able to lead and monitor the team

Job Requirements
** Job Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in leading sale team (Credit Officers)
Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent
3 years working experience within the Financial Institution sales and marketing sector
Appropriate English Skill for daily use
Advanced Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point …)
