1- Branch and building the goods relation with dealers/customers to make the closing sales.
2- Controlling the Sales Target weekly, Monthly, Yearly and achievement Target.
3- Following the Sales Strategy and sales support sales team.
4- Working corporately with Sales Supervisor to achieve the Sales target monthly.
5- Supporting the Dealers/Customers with Loyalty Program to improve the sales relation.
6- Developing and pioneering Sales Development Channel to increase sales.
7- Checking & controlling the Products Inventory, distributor’s outlet/store to protect out/in
1- BA of Sale & Marketing or equivalent.
2- Strong leadership, BP, Budget Controller and sales force.
3- Manage sales daily, weekly (at least), Smart, Flexible and punctuality, time management, respected, honesty, truth worthy.
4- Effectively Result-Based, truly, Business relation.
5- English and Khmer both of communication and writing
6- Computer literature, understanding software design are Adobe photoshop, coreldraw or any more
7- Shop supervisor or manager, and deputy of owner etc..,
