Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of the assigned restaurant with ongoing orientation and reporting to the Area Manager
  • Budget and P&L responsibility for the restaurant
  • Recruitment of employees to your department in cooperation with Area and HR Manager
  • Personnel responsibility for the employees of the department
  • Shift planning
  • Follow-up and development of Shift Leaders and service staff
  • Act as a culture ambassador and ensure a positive working environment
  • Further develop the department according to Pink Fish´s requirements and expectations
  • Update routines and operate in the best possible way both economically and qualitatively
  • Maintain and follow-up chain requirements from Pink Fish
  • Overall responsible for daily operation of the restaurant

Job Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level / Diploma
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant operationally experience from the F&B industry
  • Great leadership skills, as we hire for attitude and train for skills
  • Is result-oriented and has a good financial understanding
