Job Description

  • Implement and maintain administrative workflow
  • Maintain rapport with partners, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts
  • Work with local authorities, send the information to related department and report all the issues to Head Office
  • Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communicating solutions
  • Prepare admin letter and file documents properly
  • Travel occasionally to provinces for assigned tasks and duties
  • Other tasks assigned by Management

Job Requirements

  • Cambodian Citizen
  • Possess the Bachelor Degree in related field
  • At least two year of professional work experience
  • Courteous, Pleasant and Outgoing personality
  • Highly organized, proactive and sensible
  • Good in communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills
  • Good knowledge in computer literate especially MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Email.
  • Reasonable level of English proficiency, Japanese language would be a plus
  • Have the ability to work as team and honestly
