Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Book air tickets and hotel accommodation for employees and guests of NT1PC.
  • Manage daily transportation requests from HQ Office staff.
  • Supervise maids to ensure the cleanliness of workplace and coordinate with the Building Contractor for any office maintenance requirements.
  • Manage the stock of stationery and office supplies.
  • Arrange express mail delivery as requested.
  • Assist in coordinating with Visas & Permits Agency for any new requests and renewal of multiple visas, work permits and stay permits for expatriate staff.
  • Assist in preparation of related invoices payments.
  • Planning and allocating work to HQ Office drivers.
  • Assist in preparation of budgets required for company functions and parties.
  • Conduct monthly workplace inspection and ensure all office equipment are well maintained at all times.
  • Oversee the Receptionist with regard to incoming and outgoing documents management.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative work as directed by Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Admin Superintendent/Manager and HR & Admin Director

Job Requirements:

  • Lao Nationality, age 20-35 years old or above.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Solid skills and knowledge of office procedures.
  • Organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • English communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
