Job Description

03 type of positions are available for Phnom Penh and in the Province:

  1. Activation Team Regional Manager (Base in Siem Reap, 01 Position)
  2. Activation Team Manager (Base In Kampong Cham 01 Position and Kep/Kampot 01 Position)
  3. Activation Team Junior Associate (Base in Phnom Penh 04 Positions and for Kampong Thom 01 Position, Banteay Mean Chey 01 Position, Kampong Speu 01 Positon, and Svay Reing 01 Position)
  • Ensure the dedicated Activation teams meet company targets assigned by Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Activation National Director (AND), create and submit daily sales and activities report to the Activation National Director (AND);
  • Provide support to the Activation teams, explain, coach or conduct Clik product & service knowledge sessions for them, maintain the company reputation for new and existing merchants or consumers, report competitor activities and market situations for department improvement;
  • Assign and follow-up on the Activation team to ensure that all team members are generating good qualified leads and can convert them to activated merchants or consumers when appropriate;
  • Act on behalf of the Activation National Director to handle complaints and problems from Clik merchants and consumers, give feedback to your direct manager;
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics across small, medium and large accounts using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools which are put at your disposal to efficiently complete these duties;
  • Ensure that the commercial teams are utilising properly the Clik Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools;
  • Work closely with the National Activation Director and Chief Commercial officer to define and implement sales field action plans and set the small and medium account objectives for the team;
  • Participate in Commercial Leadership team meetings by setting the medium and large account strategy/objectives and budget/forecasts, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and budgets/forecast.
  • Handling of key merchant & Clik partner accounts and relationships. 2. Activation Team Manager
  • Report to the Activation Regional Manager and Activation National Director (AND);
  • Provide support to merchant partners & consumers, explain and conduct Clik product & service sessions for them, maintain company knowledge for new and existing merchants or consumers, report competitor activities and market situations to improve team knowledge;
  • Manage a team of Activation Associates to cover the assigned territory, provide the team with appropriate guidance to ensure that they are meeting their targets;
  • Provide training to ensure the team is using Clik’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools in order to help them complete their duties effectively and efficiently;
  • Assign and follow-up on Activation Associate tasks to ensure that the team generates good qualified leads and can convert activated merchants or consumers when appropriate;
  • Handle complaints and problems from Clik merchants and consumers, in a timely and effective manner and give feedback to your direct manager;
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics across small, medium and large accounts using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools which are put at your disposal to efficiently complete these duties;
  • Work closely with the Activation Director and Activation Regional Manager to define and implement field sales action plans and set the small and medium account objectives for your task;
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet Clik client needs, identify new potential strategic customers, participate in the Activation team recruiting process.
  • Handle identified key merchant accounts with the assistance of the team of Activation Associates 3. Activation Team Junior Associate
  • Report to the Activation Manager, Activation Regional Manager and Activation National Director (AND);
  • Conduct market research (online as well as by phone) to gather data on merchants, to enter data in Clik’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database;
  • Report directly to the Activation Manager or Regional Manager, ensure that the information in the merchant database is updated and correct;
  • Work on lead qualification and update data ( by merchant type / contact details etc), contact merchants to set up meetings.
  • Find new leads via calls, direct meetings, social media and website, e-mails, door-to-door, fairs, and at networking events.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote Clik products and services and/or bring company products to the field for demonstrations;
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems with management & the technical departments, developing solutions; preparing reports, making recommendations to line managers;
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options, actively seek out merchants and consumers.

Job Requirements

1. Activation Regional Manager

  • 3-4 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager and a well-earned local & national network
  • You have proven experience in achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with taking quick decisions and leading teams
  • You have experience in managing and training teams
  • You are persuasive and able to motivate others
  • You can work under pressure
  • You speak Khmer and English in proficiency
  • You are the tech Savvy 2. Activation Team Manager
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in sales and a well-earned local network
  • You have proven experience in achieving sales targets
  • You enjoy working with people and are able to motivate them
  • You enjoy face to face sales and are great at negotiations
  • You are customer-focused with exceptional communication skills
  • You can work under pressure 3. Activation Team Junior Associate
  • You are fresh graduate or have less than 2 years of experience
  • You are persistent and ambitious

  • You are not afraid to travel around town to meet merchants
  • You are good at communication skill (writing, speaking, listening) both Khmer & English would be a plus
