Job Information

Job Description

  • Check and reviewing monthly purchase request from other departments.
  • Review all supporting documents and prepare payment voucher for cash expense before submit to Brand Manager for approval.
  • Preparing payment to suppliers.
  • Recording all daily expenditure for branch.
  • Monitoring monthly budget spending.
  • Make cash withdrawal from bank for petty cash.
  • Do filing
  • Check and control fix assets for branch.
  • Update fix asset list every quarterly.
  • Assist Operation department in purchasing materials
  • Prepare contract for big supplier.
  • Recording all staff attendance.
  • Update staff information (register new staff and staff resignation)
  • Submit all payroll support documents to HR department at SRP.
  • Do bank reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly expense report for branch.
  • Prepare monthly Tax on Expense report to Branch Account controller.
  • Prepare cash count report at end of the month.
  • Prepare branch financial report.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or another related field,
  • 1+ year experience is preference
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill,
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office,
  • Well organized, honest and highly committed in long term career with company.
