Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To keep clients or accounts as long as possible
  • Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, and marketing.
  • Develop and motivate accounting staffs into professional accounting personnel
  • Checking A/R AND A/P, purchaser, do it KPI for accounting staff
  • Account department, do not involve fraud or payment documents,
  • Checking the error by other terminate staff within policies and  regulations 
  • Directions to CEO problem and discussing to solving 
  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts at  least 5 years
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a  timely bills and the payments
  • Communicates client needs and demands to flexibility 
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients/customers 
  • More and most experience taxation with government, tax department 
  • Solve the problems with clients/customers and department of  senior 
  • Review all of the accountability and finance department processing 
  • Planning and account activities monthly/yearly plus tax revenue,  tax profits, tax salary etc., 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • ACCA or CPA is preferred /Bachelor Degree or Science in 
  • Accountancy in Cambodia or abroad studies previously or the similar  
  • Account Management Experience at least five (5) to seven (7) 
  •   years 
  • Understanding all kinds productions, goods pricing Cambodia  market or from Construction material, real estate, property, lands etc., 
  • Client-Focused accounting & Finance Solutions Experiences 5 years 
  • Ability to Communicate Client and Ability to Manage Multiple 
  • Projects and Relationships
  • Accounting Information system, Accounting Software, peachtree,  quickbook, advanced accounting excel, VBA  or Access software and using system flexible and fast learning 
  • Possessing strong commitment, discipline good Communication 
  •   Skill
  • Be honest, responsible, initiative, work hard, smiling, trust worthy, punctuality and time management 
  • Pressure, (No need candidate strictly for standard than do 
  • organize how to standard)
  • Any task requested from CEO  & perform from CEO suggest task more

* Good English is a plus Chinese (both Speaking & Writing)
